Satakunta university of applied scieces launches an Satakunta  Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY) funded Ohjauskulma- operation. Ohjauskulma takes place in  Pori, Rauma and Kankaanpää. Ohjauskulma operating time is 7.10.2011 -31.12.2013. This project aims to enhance arts and cultural sector employment opportunities by reducing the gap between education and employment. The project will help Satakunta arts and cultural sector to expand employment opportunities and graduates develop employment-friendly projects that will lead to employment.  Ohjauskulma  provides an expert assistance and training, including career planning, entrepreneurship, project activities and development  in the field of  ones expertise. Participation to Ohjauskulma is not a full-time. Activity is based on an individual and group meetings as well as personal guidance. Participation duration to Ohjauskulma depends from participants' starting points and needs as well as the presented project plan.

WHO CAN APPLY

A valid applicant for Ohjauskulma is from the field art and culture;visual artists, artists, designers, teachers, part time employed, unemployed, entrepreneurs, and recent graduates, etc.
Ohjauskulma aims to improve employment opportunities, to upgrade skills and  create networking. While participation to Ohjauskulma you'll create a personal action plan and project plan that will enhance employment opportunities. Mentors will assist to develop your project plan as well as to assist finding the potential financial options. The main forms of action are  personal guidance and peer group mentoring.
